Delicious Wedding Cake Flavours
I think its pointless having a beautiful wedding cake which tastes disappointing!
I am really passionate about moist delicious wedding cake therefore I bake from scratch using high quality ingredients including real vanilla pods, fresh fruit zests, fair trade chocolate, organic cocoa and fruit conserves with a 55% minimum fruit percentage. I also hand make my own vegan versions of caramel, ganache, lime and lemon curd which are so yummy!
All my wedding cakes are 100% vegan, dairy free and eggless but delicious for EVERYONE not just vegan or free from guests. Around 75% of my customers are not vegan but book with me to create their wedding cake because they have tried one of my cakes at a friends wedding, been recommended or love my style/work.
All my wedding cakes have 3-4 layers of sponge and 2-3 filling layers (depending flavour) to deep in height tier. Every cake is sealed in luxury dark or white chocolate ganache before iced in high end sugar paste for a flawless finish.
