Delicious Wedding Cake Flavours

I think its pointless having a beautiful wedding cake which tastes disappointing!

I am really passionate about moist delicious wedding cake therefore I bake from scratch using high quality ingredients including real vanilla pods, fresh fruit zests, fair trade chocolate, organic cocoa and fruit conserves with a 55% minimum fruit percentage. I also hand make my own vegan versions of caramel, ganache, lime and lemon curd which are so yummy! 

 

All my wedding cakes are 100% vegan, dairy free and eggless but delicious for EVERYONE not just vegan or free from guests. Around 75% of my customers are not vegan but book with me to create their wedding cake because they have tried one of my cakes at a friends wedding, been recommended or love my style/work.

All my wedding cakes have 3-4 layers of sponge and 2-3 filling layers (depending flavour) to deep in height tier. Every cake is sealed in luxury dark or white chocolate ganache before iced in high end sugar paste for a flawless finish.

  • Chocolate Fudge

    Layered with silky chocolate ganache or crushed Oreo frosting.

  • Cherry Bakewell

    Delicious moist almond sponge with swirls of Morello cherry conserve.

     

    Layered with almond frosting and Morello cherry conserve.

  • After Eight

    Rich brownie chocolate fudge cake baked with lots of dark melted chocolate.

     

    Layered with peppermint frosting, dark chocolate chips & peppermint thins 'After Eight' style.  

  • Zesty Lime & Coconut

    Zesty lime and coconut sponge made with coconut, coconut cream.

     

    Layered with my homemade vegan lime curd and coconut frosting.

  • Vanilla Victoria

    Classic vanilla sponge baked with pure Madagascar vanilla pods.

    Filled with a high fruit percentage raspberry or strawberry conserve & Madagascar vanilla frosting. 

  • Rainbow Confetti

    Fun & colourful vanilla confetti cake baked with vegan rainbow sprinkles.

     

    Layered with raspberry conserve & Madagascar vanilla frosting or silky white chocolate ganache.

  • Chocolate Orange

    Rich chocolate orange fudge cake baked with melted orange chocolate, orange zest and organic cocoa.

     

    Layered with a luxurious chocolate orange ganache.

  • Pumpkin Spice

    Sweet super soft pumpkin sponge & warming spices of cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg & clove.

     

    Layered with a light Madagascar vanilla & cinnamon frosting.

  • Ginger

    Black treacle Jamaican ginger cake with spices of ginger, cinnamon, clove & chopped stem ginger.

     

    Layered with ginger conserve & gingerbread or vanilla frosting.

  • Lemon Elderflower

    Zesty lemon and subtle elderflower sponge

     

    Layered with elderflower frosting & my homemade tangy vegan lemon curd.

  • Chocolate Bounty

    Rich brownie chocolate fudge cake baked with lots of dark melted chocolate

     

    Layered with coconut frosting and brushed with Malibu coconut rum syrup  for a bounty inspired twist.

  • Salted Caramel

    Brown sugar caramel sponge.

     

    Layered with homemade vegan caramel sauce made with coconut cream, chopped fudge chips and salted caramel frosting.

  • Lemon & Poppy Seed

    Luscious zesty lemon cake baked with lots of lemon juice, zest and optional poppy seeds.

     

    Layered with my own homemade vegan lemon curd and lemon frosting.

  • Banoffee

    Moist caramel brown sugar sponge.

     

    Layered with homemade vegan caramel, fudge chips and banana frosting made with organic natural freeze dried banana.

  • Chocolate Nutella

    Rich brownie chocolate fudge cake baked with lots of dark melted chocolate.

     

    Layered with lashings of hazelnut and cocoa spread, hazlnut cocoa frosting and sprinkled chopped roasted hazelnuts

  • Strawberry & Champagne

    Madagascar vanilla sponge infused with champagne syrup and freeze dried strawberries.

     

    Layered with a strawberry and champagne conserve and a light champagne frosting. 

  • Pina Colada

    Coconut sponge made with coconut cream and desiccated coconut.

     

    Layered with a pineapple, coconut and white rum conserve and a coconut Pina Colada inspired frosting.

  • Black Forest

    Nostalgic dark chocolate brownie like sponge infused with Kirsch syrup.

    Layered with vanilla frosting and a rich black cherry conserve.

  • Lotus Biscoff Biscuit

    Delicious moist brown sugar cinnamon sponge with crushed Biscoff biscuits.

     

    Layered with Biscoff crunchy spread and Biscoff frosting - My ultimate favourite!
